Once upon a time, there was a man who was the muezzin in the mosque. This man married a good wife, and fate decreed that he lose his wife immediately after she gave birth to their first and last daughter.

He loved her very much, so he preferred the annihilation of his life to raise his daughter, the only remaining memory of his beloved wife, the mosque in which he was adjacent to his house, the daughter grew up and reached the age of marriage and her lute was equal.

One day, her father went to the noon call to prayer in the mosque, and as soon as her father went out to pray and raised the call to prayer, someone came and attacked his daughter at home.

Her father heard her and cut off the call to prayer and went to help her scream in this strange way, but whoever violated the sanctity of his home knows that he himself is the one who calls the mosque, and when the call to prayer was cut off, he knew that he was on his way home because of his daughter's cries, so the attacker fled immediately.

Her father calmed her down and the girl barely managed to catch her breath after she was exposed to him, and a question was followed by a question that her father was able to identify the attacker. His daughter told him that when she was young she saw the same person passing by their house, and that the same assailant was their neighbor.

The muezzin went to the judge and complained to him about what happened from his neighbour. Indeed, the judge sent the defendant to the neighbor, and the judge proceeded with his questions, but the muezzin himself does not have any evidence to condemn his neighbor.

The judge proceeded to ask the neighbor: “Where were you yesterday?!”

Without hesitation, he replied, "I went to my farm, sir."

Judge: “From when and for how long?”

The neighbor: “I went from the early morning and came back after the call to prayer.”

Judge: “Was anyone with you with you?”

Neighbor: “Yes, my friend was with me.”

Judge: “Do we bring them to testify?”

Neighbor: “Yes, I send for them, Your Honor.”

And when his two friends came, they testified that they were with him at his house on the farm from forenoon until sunset.

The judge felt the change of the muezzin's condition and his dissatisfaction, so he ordered the muezzin to leave the room and the two friends, and he sat alone with the young man (the neighbor)…

The judge: “Do you know that this muezzin is mentally ill in the end, accusing many people falsely, without any benefit, and I don't know what to do for him?!”

Neighbor: “You are right, judge, he always accuses people of falsehood.”

Judge: “Leave him and tell me where is this farm of yours located?”

Neighbor: "It's out of town, sir."

Judge: "And when did you go to the farm?"

Neighbor: “At six in the morning, sir.”

Judge: “And what did you cook there?!”

Neighbor: "We entrusted us with some fast food."

Judge: “And who prepared it?!”

Neighbor: "My first friend."

Judge: “And what did you drink after lunch?”

Neighbor: “We drank coffee, sir.”

Judge: “And who prepared it?”

Neighbor: "My second friend."

Judge: “How do I prepare coffee for you, your second friend?!”

Neighbor: “It was plain coffee, and we had sweets with it.”

The judge is still asking him about the smallest details of his visit to his farm.

The judge: “Okay, son, you can go out now so I can finish the whole case before you leave, but as soon as you leave, send me your first friend.”

Indeed, the neighbor came out and his friend entered, and the judge proceeded to ask him about the smallest details, and the same questions that he asked to the defendant's neighbor asked him, and if all the answers contradict the neighbor's answers, and whenever he asks him a question he denies or proves it unlike his friend.

In the end, he was asked to enter an inner room and close the door on it, and he was sent to ask for the second friend, and the same questions and repeat the ball again, and if the answers were completely different from the answers of his former friends, he ordered him to enter the same room in which his friend was.

He sent for the neighbor's request, and told him: “Your two friends have confessed that they are liars, and you have sent them to prison as a penalty for their false testimony. As for you, I will send your order to the Prince to receive your punishment. You are in the end immune.”

The young man collapsed and started saying: "I repent... I repent... I repent for what I did."

The young man had not committed indecency to the girl, but the judge did what he did to guarantee the rights of the girl and her poor father.

Judge: “So, how did you get into the house?!”

The neighbor: “I found the door slightly open, but the devil tempted me and entered, and myself disputed with her, so I wanted to commit an indecency with her, but God protected her from my self, the ruler of evil, and from the devil's whispers to people like me and others.”
