  • Bananas: Bananas contain a high percentage of vitamin B6, which relieves the feeling of nausea in the months of pregnancy, and doctors recommend all pregnant women to take this vitamin from the first month of pregnancy to the end of the third month, to pass this period without feeling nauseous, so it is preferable to eat a banana in Early morning, a pill before bed.
