Some believe that when they follow a diet rich in protein, they will be free from bloating, but this is not true.

And the matter does not stop there, as fat may accumulate in the abdominal area, which is the most dangerous fat in the body. Excessive food is one of the main reasons for the accumulation of these fats, and protein is no exception to this rule.

And for most people, more protein doesn't necessarily mean lean muscle, but extra fat.
And it extends to the mouth, as some types of foods cause an unpleasant smell, regardless of the amount eaten.

For example, if a person abstains from eating carbohydrates completely or reduces their intake, he will enter what is known as “ketosis”, but this process has symptoms such as bad breath.

Ketosis provides energy for the body from stored body fat.

Even the performance of the brain is damaged by excessive protein intake. If a person wants his brain to function well, he must make an adjustment to the diet so that it contains enough carbohydrates for the body, otherwise he will face the inability to focus.

This can be adjusted simply by eating fruit most of the time.

Excess protein leads to damage to the kidneys, as it places more burdens on them in the process of removing fluids and waste from the body, due to the presence of nitrogen in the amino acids in protein.
